Make sure you find out the specific arrangements for the return of your marked work. When you apply for an extension you will be asked to let us know whether you have already submitted an earlier version of your work via Blackboard.

The Coursework tab
You cannot have more than one five working day extension granted for the same piece of work. If you do not provide any evidence your application will not be considered.
However, if there has been an additional impact on your ability to meet the revised deadline, a further adjustment could be considered. Describe how you believe the circumstances have impacted upon your assessment. Any submissions within the 24 hour window will be subject to a marks penalty. The way in which a module is structured and how individual assessment contributes towards the overall module outcome is outlined in our ‘Passing a module part one’ film.
It is very important that you provide the correct module information as this will ensure there are no delays caused by queries. Once ready, your mark will be available in your myUWE account but you may find you are showing as a non-submission ‘NS’ until this time.

Postgraduate researchers If you are a postgraduate researcher PhDDPhilMPhil and you are looking for a reasonable adjustment to a deadline for one of your taught modules, please go ahead and submit the form. If you confirm that you have but your hwe request is not accepted you will be marked on the last submission you make on Blackboard whether this is by the original deadline or within the hour window.
